To this end, a high-level R&D team led by senior electro-acoustic, structural, and application engineers, project managers, production craftsmen, and overseas experts has been established. Leveraging a CNAS-certified acoustic testing center, VATASA actively collaborates with renowned institutes and national laboratories to achieve breakthroughs in high-end technologies. Currently, VATASA holds over 30 domestic and international patents and develops more than 20 new products and system solutions annually.
The entire process is digitally managed—from R&D to core CNC equipment processing, from production planning to quality reporting—using data as a measure for continuous improvement, ensuring product quality and consistency. Since 2002, VATASA has joined the ISO9001 Quality Management System and successfully passed ISO14001 Environmental Management and ISO45001 Occupational Health & Safety certifications.
